ACCOUNT MANAGER

An established national, tax credit, affordable housing development company seeks an Accounting Manager to maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, full and accurate general ledgers, financial statements, cash management and related reports for multi-family affordable housing properties and portfolios.

 

The successful applicant should have an undergraduate degree in accounting.  Experience in real estate development or management is a plus.  He/she should also possess excellent analytical and communication skills.  Fluency with Microsoft Excel is a must and fluency with Peachtree and Real Page software is preferred.
